Propylene Glycol is a colorless, odorless and viscous liquid having the chemical formula of CH₃CHCH₂OH. It is soluble in solvents, acetone, water and chloroform. It is widely used in the development of unsaturated polyester resins. It is also used in different edible items like coffee-based drinks, liquid sweeteners, soda and other products. अधिकover, it is also used as a substitute for ethylene glycol.
